Hello it's TANK and ODRI. Actually, one of the reason that many people decide to lose weight or do workout is because of their 'belly fat.' We noticed that lots of people pay more attention to belly fat related post on our blog or videos, and also, lots of people left a comment saying 'how to effectively lose belly fat?' To lose your belly fat effectively, it's important to use the other part of your body muscles including belly muscles to lower fat percentage and shape out your stomach at the same time. Keep this in mind and I hope you succeed on your belly fat diet.

This is the routine that we're showing in this video:

1. Standing Bicycle [Belly + side]
2. Crossover Toe Touch [Belly + side]
3. Side Leg Raise [Side]
4. Toe Touch Kicks [Belly]
5. Belly Bomb [Belly]

※ Do all of these moves for 30 sec, 3 sets
