Resident Evil 4 is already considered one of the greatest games of all time, and the Wii version of RE4 is a preferred version to many fans. Because of this, it's natural to expect Resident Evil 5 to receive the same treatment. It never saw a release on the Wii, though similar motion control schemes have been attempted and that's what I look at today. The Playstation 3 version with the Playstation Move controller is well known, but playing it on PC with an actual Wiimote is not as well documented. Glovepie is the primary software to allow the use of a Wii to work with a PC, mainly in having the Wiis infrared sensor to perform as a mouse. Is it the RE5 Wii version dream come true that fans would want? Let's find out.
