I'm on a mission to blend everything in the world!

Today we're blending the Christmas version of a candy that's been around for forever, Junior Mints. These little mints are reminiscent of a smaller york patty. Every once in a while I get a craving for these Junior Mints but I can only really handle a few before they start to taste a little bit too minty. These special Christmas version of the Junior Mints have red and green mint filling rather than the normal white filling. When blending them, they created this lumpy chocolate dust as the mint filling and the chocolate shell mixed in the blender.
