A Japanese tourist facility abandoned for 45 years (Gifu,Japan)

Development was underway to attract tourists as a resort, but in 1979 the development was halted, and 45 years have passed since then.
The reason for the halt is unknown.
I went to see for myself what kind of tourist spot was planned to be developed on the abandoned site.
After passing through dilapidated passages, bridges, and tunnels, I found a large limestone cave.
