Ketchup...4 1/2 tbsp (80g)
Salt...1/4 tsp (1.6g)

🍲 Nursery school pork Beans (2 adults + 1 child)
1/2 carrot (70g)
1/2 onion (100g)
2/3 potato (100g)
90g minced pork
140g boiled soybeans
2 teaspoons (7g) oil
350ml water
1 teaspoon (3.5g) sugar
3 1/2 tablespoons (60g) ketchup
A little salt (1g)
A little pepper

🍳How to make
1. Cut the carrots into random slices. Cut the onions into thin slices lengthwise. Cut the potatoes into 2cm cubes.
2. Put the carrots and onions in a heat-resistant container, mix lightly, add 1 tablespoon of water (not included in the recipe), cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600w for about 7 minutes.
3. Cut the minced pork into 2cm pieces.
4. Heat oil in a pot, add the carrots and onions, and fry over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the potatoes and pork, and fry while breaking them up until the color of the pork changes.
5. Add the boiled soybeans, water, and sugar, and boil for about 5 minutes on low heat after boiling.
6. Add ketchup, salt, and pepper, and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes (if you boil it until there is almost no water left, it will have a rich flavor).
7. Leave it in the pot to cool and let the flavors soak in.
*The microwave heating time will vary depending on the amount you are making. Please adjust it according to the situation.
