Generally, an exercise that moves various muscles and joints from the body burns a lot of calories. On the other hand, an exercise that moves a single part of the body does not burn much calories. As a result, people think of the exercises that move their entire body, such as running or jumping, when they want to burn calories. However, these exercises are limited in our daily lives, because of many factors.
In order to overcome this barrier, Tank and Odri picked 3 best seated exercises, which are perfect to burn the calories and reducing the belly size!
