■Profile of Kitayama Hiroshi

Born on March 2, 1967 as the eldest son of the Kitayama family, he devoted himself to baseball more than studying during elementary, middle, and high school, learning the importance of greetings, etiquette, and human relationships. After graduating from the local Matsusaka Technical High School, he started training as a carpenter at Ishida Construction at the recommendation of his father, and at the age of 28, he raised the roof of his first house as the master carpenter, becoming the 7th master carpenter of Kitayama Construction.

After that, at the age of 34, he changed direction from the family business to a company and founded Kitayama Construction Co., Ltd. on May 21, 2001. He continues to build homes with a face-to-face relationship with customers, with the motto of "lifelong relationships with customers" as his consistent motto.
