Have you also worked on costumes in theater, television, film, ballet, or made something you were proud of, only for people to comment on how they thought it wasn't accurate? Maybe you just want to know what the design and creation process is like behind the scenes? Did you fall in love with Bridgerton only to see people dislike it and think the costume designer just didn't feel like working hard?

Working in the entertainment costume industry is full of stories, hard work, collaborations, and design choices, not to mention it's a tough gig that often doesn't pay well. And creative costuming for fun, for hobby, is a different world. As is historical costuming, where people take years to complete a project. The people who work hard, who are hired to work hard, deserve to be acknowledged for their efforts. Because the goal isn't always to look exactly like someone who made their own linen, and for quick changes there's probably going to be a zipper.
