Today, I made a peach mousse cake using delicious peaches.

I put peach jelly in the cake and grind the whole peach to make mousse.

The fresh and sweet peach cake is complete.

♥ Peach syrup
130g water
10g peach liqueur (10g lemon juice)
30g sugar

♥ Peach Jelly

Peach syrup suitable amount...
7g powdered gelatin
35g water

Chopped 70-80 g peaches


♥ Pink Angel Cake
15g milk
15g vegetable oil
3ml vanilla extract

65g cake powder
1/2 tsp baking powder

5 egg whites (165-175 g)
75g sugar
5g lemon juice
Food coloring

♥ Peach Mousse

2 yolks
60g sugar
3ml vanilla extract
150g milk

9g powdered gelatin
45g water

180g whipped cream (60%)

150g peach puree
Food coloring


♥ Peach puree

125g peaches ground
20g sugar
5 g lemon juice
