How to change a bike tire innertube
Siena and I show you how simple it is to replace an inner tube on a bicycle. You can use this same process for any bike and tire size. As we talk about, you can use this process to patch an inner tube as well. So if you're out on the trails and get a flat, follow these steps and just look for the puncture (thorn, nail, etc) and then put a patch on it.
Speaking of patches, it's a really good idea to put a little carry bag on your bike to hold repair items like patches, tire spoons, spoke tightener, etc. If you're doing any type of trail (flat or mountain) riding, you're going to want a setup like this, along with a small pump. You'll be very glad you have it the first time you're a few miles out and get a flat!
