"Our GiFT to the Ummat"

Hadhrat Abu Darda’ {Radhiyallahu Ta'ala Anhu} reported Rasulullah {Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam} as saying: If ANYONE learns by heart {MEMORIZES} the FIRST TEN VERSES of the Surat Al-Kahf, he WILL BE PROTECTED FROM THE DAJAAL... (SAHIH MUSLIM Book 4, Hadith 1766)


ANOTHER Hadith related by Imams Hakim & Bayhaqi Rahmatullah Alayhim}, FROM Hadhrat Abu Sa`id {Radhiyallahu Ta'ala Anhu} states: "WHOEVER recites Surat al-Kahf ON FRIDAY, light SHALL shine forth FOR him between the two Fridays". (Ibn Hajar, Talkhis al-Habir)

Hadhrat Al Baraa {Radhiyallahu Ta'ala Anhu} said that when a man was reciting Surah Kahf with a horse tied with two ropes at one side. SUDDENLY a CLOUD overshadowed him, and as it began to come nearer and nearer, his horse began to take fright. He went and mentioned it to the Holy Prophet {Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam} in the morning and he {Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam} said, "That (cloud) WAS tranquillity which came down by reason of the Qur'aan."

Hadhrat Abu Darda {Radhiyallahu Ta'ala Anhu} reported Rasulullah {Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam} to have said: "ANYONE who reads the first three verses of Surah Kahf, he WILL be protected from the trial of the Dajjal (Anti-Christ)." (TIRMIDHI}
