유산소 운동의 중요성을 깨닫습니다.

그리고 자신의 이론을 담은 ‘에어로빅스’ 책을 출판하면서
‘에어로빅’의 역사가 시작되었습니다.

눈이 부시는 네온 색 의상과
주체할 수 없는 흥으로 기억되는 에어로빅인데
