Welcome to Paleokastritsa, one of the most popular holiday destinations on the Greek island of Corfu. In this video we will walk along the most important beaches of Paleokastritsa located near the center. On the beach walks we will pass the beaches of Ampelaki Beach, Agios Spiridon Beach and Alipa Beach. Our beach walk starts at Ampelaki Beach, which is in close proximity to the Corfu Aquarium. Ampelaki Beach is well organized, with sun loungers, parasols, a beach bar and a restaurant available to visitors. Paleokastritsa (Greek: Παλαιοκαστρίτσα) is located in the northwest of the island of Corfu, amidst beautiful beaches and beautiful views. Paleokastritsa is a paradise for those who love swimming in places with beautiful nature and crystal clear water. Thanks to the clear water and the indented bottom, the place is ideal for snorkeling. The beaches are mostly a combination of sand and small pebbles and the entrance to the water is gradual. At Agios Spiridon Beach you can buy boat trips and there are restaurants with sea views at both ends of this beach. Near the beach are the hotels Hotel Apollon Corfu Paleokastritsa and Zefiros Traditional Hotel. At Alipa Beach you can buy boat trips and there are boats for rent. There is a restaurant by the beach with sea views and a view of Alipa port.
