Hyogo Prefecture Governor Saito Motohiko held a regular press conference at the prefectural office on the 8th. At the press conference, he revealed that he had received a comment from the Consumer Affairs Agency on March 26th that the Whistleblower Protection Act does not include external reports (Type 3 reports), but that this was not the official view.
