Rotary drum washers and vibrating systems clean the shrimp gently but effectively, ensuring they remain intact. Sanitizing tanks with chlorinated water or cleaning agents further enhance hygiene. Excess moisture is removed to prepare the shrimp for freezing or packaging. Packaging is done with precision. Multi-head weighers portion the shrimp accurately, while vacuum-sealed bags keep them fresh. Frozen shrimp are quickly blast-frozen to lock in their quality and texture, ensuring they are ready for transport.
