In this video I share how to use a box cake mix to make three different box cake mix recipes. Donuts, banana bread and a mug cake all from a box cake mix! 3*2*1 Cake:
Mix 1 box cake mix of your choice with 1 box angel food cake mix in a baggie or bowl
Combine 3 Tbls of mix and 2 Tbls of your choice of liquid (water, milk, coffee creamer, etc) in to a small, microwavable cup or ramekin.
Microwave on high for 1 minute.
Add frosting or other toppings as desired.

Box Cake Mix Banana Bread:
1 box cake mix of your choice
3-4 over ripe bananas (mashed)
2 eggs
1/2 c. of melted butter (1 stick)
1 tsp vanilla
chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased loaf pan or muffin pan.
Bake loaf for 45-55 minutes or muffins for 15-18 minutes.

2 ingredient baked donuts:
1 box cake mix of choice
2 cups of thick, wet ingredient (mashed banana, pumpkin puree, applesauce, yogurt, sour cream, etc)

Preheat oven to 425
Mix cake mix and wet ingredient together in a large bowl and pipe into a sprayed, non-stick muffin tin.
Bake 7-8 minutes.
Frosting: heat store bought frosting of your choice in the microwave for 10-20 seconds. Dip donuts into frosting and let set.
