Climbing a huge old oak -unedited- (deadwood pruning)

Climbing this old oak carefully. Trying not to damage any epicormic growth, as this, or some of this, will be the future crown when the tree will retrench itself. Removing some deadwood as tis is above a very frequently used path in a city park (Genk, Belgium).

Climbing SRT, using a fixed and natural crotch redirect. Installing the most unnecessary 3:1 mechanical advantage ever, and in the end still a little fun jump in there (away from the epicormic shoots...)

unedited, so I sometimes take my time to look for dead wood and when I figure out my climbing route. I skipped some parts where I'm just chatting uninteresting (or personal) stuff with my friend.
