Do you think you’re an attractive person? You’ve probably grown up hearing that “beauty is in the eye of the beholder.”

And for centuries, we’ve believed this. But today, as more statistical models come out, better quality research is conducted, and cultural standards increasingly overlap, we’re learning that statement is wrong.
