So, this weapon is broken as hell, as you can see. The soulstream deals insane damage but is a little inaccurate unless she's in the middle of an animation. The fire is a little more reliable but deals less damage.
Killed each other at the same time too. I really wanted to kill her so played a little greedy and got rotted. Oh well, she's dead.
