Jenny Bowman, a successful singer, arrives in London for a performance at the Palladium, eager to reunite with her son, Matt, whom she hasn't seen in years. During his father's absence in Rome, Jenny spends a few precious days with Matt, attempting to create the family bond she’s longed for. However, when David Donne, Matt's father, returns, the young boy finds himself caught between his loyalty to his father and his growing affection for the mother he barely knows.
