After Sister Location, Michael Afton looks like a rotting corpse thanks to getting scooped, yet is still able to end up getting jobs at FNAF 3 and Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator, not to mention FNAF 1 and FNAF 2 if you believe those Five Nights at Freddy's games take place after Sister Location.

However, there is actually a reason why Mike is able to get a job, and that reason also explains why William seems to look a bit different between his iterations as Springtrap and Scraptrap
