An extract of 17 year old saxophonist Jess Gillam rehearsing "Sonata" by Phil Woods with Steve Lodder and Andee Price for the Woodwind Final of BBC Young Musician 2016. Jess won the Woodwind final and was the first ever saxophonist to win a place in the Grand Final. She performed Michael Nyman's "Where the Bee Dances" with the BBC Symphony Orchestra.
