First Amendment audit fail in Lexington Kentucky. Told to stop photographing trains! Police formed moving block and pushed photographers back. Police do not allow railfans to photograph train that they had just rode on! Police force railfans to leave or get arrested for trespassing! We had just got off the train from a trip from Lexington Kentucky to Oneida Tennessee and back. People wanted to photograph the train but the police showed up immediately and made a moving police wall to force us back. The people in the rear of the train never had a chance for photos. I barely got there in time to film this and I was near the front of the train. People were really mad and sailor words were mentioned as people got to their cars. They should have told us why we were being made to leave the property. I normally support the police since I worked in Environmental Enforcement for the government for over 20 years but this was uncalled for. I told one of the cops that this was a special train and he should be lucky to see it. He could not care less. I filmed this on May 31, 2014. Do not think that I am anti cop. I am not. Like I said, I was in environmental enforcement myself and I did a lot of enforcement under the Ohio Revised Code. We took training courses in how to deal with the public.
