In this video, we make a simple fermented take on Hawaiian chili pepper water. Since we grew our own Hawaiian chili peppers, we had to give this recipe a shot. Most recipes are not fermented, but this version from Fiery Ferments allows the mixture to ferment for about 1 week, with tasty results!

5-10 Hawaiian chili peppers
2-3 slices fresh ginger
1 clove garlic
2 cups water + 1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
