17 MIN. Perky Booty Workout| build your glutes!

This workout is perfect to build and round your butt. All standing and no repeat exercises. No equipment required, but recommended for best results. Keep in mind that in order to grow your glutes( or any muscle) weights or some sort of resistance is needed.

I’m using a set of 5lbs/2.3kg & 10lbs/4.5kg dumbbells. Choose a weight that’s right for you if you’re using weights.

Remember to warm-up properly before starting your workouts.
