In this video, I look at the main reasons humans are meant to be carnivores.

Please note: When I say "the entire planet was covered by ice", I meant that the majority of large contents were. Countries like Australia were likely not covered, however, only a small percentage of the human population lived there.

When I say the Inuit have virtually zero disease, I was referring to before they modernized and started consuming western foods.
