Born in 1988 in Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Graduated from Rikkyo University. During his student days, he traveled to over a dozen countries as a backpacker and participated in a long-term internship in Shanghai, which led him to aspire to do business in the growing Asian market. He also founded a student group to support careers and became interested in career development that respects the values ​​of each individual. In 2011, he joined Mitsubishi Electric Corporation as a new graduate. He was in charge of Asian area marketing for FA (factory automation) equipment. In his first year, he went on a long-term business trip to Thailand and received an award from the business division. He was mainly in charge of sales expansion activities in Taiwan, India, and Singapore.

In 2014, at the age of 26, he moved to Cambodia and became Director & COO at S.E.A.T.S Inc., where he launched a food import wholesale business, agricultural production development business, etc.

In 2018, he moved to Japan and joined Recruit Lifestyle Co., Ltd. as a side job. He was involved in developing major payment service clients in the business development organization.

In 2019, he moved to Cambodia again and took up his current position.

After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Kansai University in 2003, he joined Shiga Bank. Since then, he has gained experience as a banker, mainly in corporate lending, for over 10 years.

He has been engaged in M&A advisory work at the headquarters since 2014, and was seconded to Japan M&A Center in 2015. He contributed to the creation of the current business alliance model between the two companies. During his eight years in office, he was involved in the closing of a total of 49 M&A deals.

He was appointed CEO of M&A Studio Co., Ltd. in June 2022. He has his own studio in Shin-Osaka and operates a YouTube media that mainly features manga videos based on real experiences and interview videos with industry insiders.

He serves as a financial strategy advisor to several companies and CFOs both inside and outside the company, while also investing in 10 unlisted companies as an investor.
